    S.A.F.E. was organized by concerned residents and community leaders from Shadow Hills, Lake View Terrace, Kagel Canyon, La Tuna Canyon, Sunland/Tujunga and Sun Valley. Our mission is to stop the California High Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) from studying and building a high speed rail line through our communities and the adjacent Angeles National Forest and Big Tujunga Wash via tunnels, bridges or at-grade tracks as part of the �East Corridor of the Palmdale to Burbank project section.� The proposal would have devastating and irreversible impacts to the character of our rural and equestrian communities, local water supplies and wildlife, road infrastructure and air quality, and would violate the sensitive ecosystems protected by the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument and the Angeles National Forest.

Those parcels that are found to be in violation will be issued a notice of violation. The homeowner or person responsible will have 15 days to comply with the notice of violation. 2nd Inspection Those who were issued a notice of violation on the first inspection will be inspected a second time after the 15 day period to comply passes. If the property is in compliance, the owner will receive notification from the LAFD Brush Unit. If the property is not fully in compliance, the owner will be notified via the mail. Otherwise the property will be cleared by the fire department. Please do not call the LAFD Brush Unit when you�re ready for this inspection. The inspection will be automatically scheduled and you will be mailed the findings of the inspection. The property owner will be charged for the cost of clearance, PLUS the $356* Inspection Fee, PLUS a $990* Administrative Fee

    Just think! If you or a loved one can�t shop and cook meals you may want meals delivered to the home. The Meals on Wheels program is provided to anyone in need and who is interested in the service. The program is a fee-for-service structure. Caregivers, family members, friends and/or the actual recipient may make arrangements for the home delivered meals. Meals are provided five days a week Monday�Friday, Saturday and Sunday delivery could be arranged. We even deliver on Holidays! The meals are prepared by a professional caterer complying with conventional nutrition standards, through the Los Angeles Department of Aging. The drivers deliver the meals within a designated timeframe to preserve the integrity of the meal. The meals are sodium free and diabetic friendly.
