Comeback Checks Program up to $5,000 for your small business

To support struggling small businesses, the City of LA recently allocated $50 million in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through the recent budget process to implement a series of programs that promote a strong and equitable economic recovery, consistent with ARPA regulations. 

The $25M City of Los Angeles “Comeback Checks” program is launching October 26, 2021. Funding will be distributed over several rounds. The application period for Round 1 begins Tuesday and closes Monday November 2, 2021.

  • $25M - Restaurant and Small Business Recovery Program

o   Deployment of $5,000 grants to 5,000 small businesses impacted by COVID-19 including restaurants and other vulnerable industries needing assistance in their economic recovery efforts
