REMINDER --

Hello, everyone! Just a reminder that tonight is the second webinar of our Preparedness Webinar series (more details below). It will begin at 6:00p and will cover topics such as brush clearance, home hardening, and firewise landscaping. We are partnering with the LAFD for this webinar, as well as with Cassy from FormLA here in Tujunga, and will share tips on how we can create more resilient homes and properties that are resistant in the face of wildfires.

The 22-acre wildfire that burned in Sunland recently is a reminder that emergencies can strike with no warning, and it is best to prepare for what you'll need ahead of time. Now that we are spending more time at home, it is the perfect time to begin your own plan to improve your readiness for future events.

You can sign up for the webinar via the instructions on the flyer attached, or else view the webinar which will be livestreamed on the Councilwoman's Facebook page. I hope you are all staying safe out there, and hope to see you on the webinar later this evening. Take care!
