9162 Foothill

The developer's representative presented plans for a 6 lot subdivision at 9162 Foothill Blvd. at the Land Use Committee meeting.  Below are the links to the documents that he provided for the committee to review and that have been filed with the City Planning Department.  This proposal is in the early stages of review for the Land Use Committee.  The developer's representative has offered to provide updates to the application and more details in response to the questions from the audience and committee.

Proposal to develop lot with six hillside homes.  This location is on the edge of the STNC and FTDNC boundary.  Propsective developer has requested time on the LUC agenda.  Tentatively scheduled for June 1.  Check back here for updates.
