The demolition of an existing one-story 1,832 square-foot commercial building
for the construction, use and maintenance of a new one-story approximate
2,000 square-foot drive-through coffee shop with 18 new parking spaces and
landscaping on a 20,446 square-foot site in the C2-1VL Zone and within the
boundaries of the Foothill Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan.
