Actions Requested by the Applicant
The Decision Maker will consider:
1. Environmental Clearance based on the whole of the administrative record, that the Project is
exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 and there is no substantial evidence
demonstrating that an exception to a categorical exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section
15300.2 applies; and
2. Pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.24-X,29 a Zoning Administrator's
Determination to authorize shared parking of 631 total parking spaces for the entire subject site in
the (T)(Q)C2-1L Zone.
