If you’d allow me to indulge myself here and share one of my favorite breaks from work last week… it was visiting the new ramen exhibit at the Japan House in Hollywood! (news release about the exhibit here)

The free exhibition is on display until July 5, 2022. Learn about the history & culture of ramen, from noodles to bowls (there’s even an olfactory experience to the exhibit).

At the end of the day, though, I hope you allow yourself to take a simple or even a delicious break here & there 🍜
