IMPORTANT INFORMATION: New System for IHSS Program Recipients

An estimated 28,240 In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Program recipients and their care providers living in and near the Chatsworth region will soon be affected by a change to the program’s timesheet system.
 
These IHSS recipients live in your coverage area and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services is working to spread the word about upcoming community informational sessions to teach them how to use the new system. The upcoming community informational sessions dates and locations are below.
 
San Fernando Library, 217 N. Maclay Ave. San Fernando, CA 91340
• Aug. 5 at 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
• Aug. 8 at 10 a.m.; 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
 
North Hollywood Library, 5211 Tujunga Ave. North Hollywood, CA 91601
• Aug. 14 at 10 a.m.; 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
• Aug. 21 at 10 a.m.; 1:30 PM and 4 p.m.
 
Chatsworth Library, 21052 Devonshire St. Chatsworth, CA 91311
• Aug. 15 at 10 a.m.; 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
• Aug. 27 at 10 a.m.; 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
